AFCA Membership (AFSL / ACL Holders)

Membership of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), the external dispute resolution scheme, is a licence condition for Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSL) and Australian Credit Licence (ACL) holders under the Corporations Act 2001. Failing to hold membership breaches licence conditions and can lead ASIC to suspend or cancel the licence. Eligibility is set out in AFCA's Constitution.
