About
Built in Australia, for Australians.
We're a small team that lost a collective 100+ hours last year to government PDFs, broken portals, and forms that ask for information they already have.
Why we built FormFinder
FormFinder started in 2026 after our founder spent four hours trying to update a Medicare address while juggling two kids and a tradie callout. The form crashed twice. The PDF wouldn't load on mobile. The help line had a 47-minute wait.
That's not a unique story — it's the default Australian government experience. Forms designed in 1998. UX written by people who've never had to use it. Multiple agencies asking for the same information, none of them talking to each other.
We don't think it has to be that way. The forms themselves we can't change — but how you find, understand, and submit them, we absolutely can. An AI that matches your situation to the right form. Plain-English explainers on every field. A council reporter that chases the council if they ghost you. A wallet that watches your licence and Medicare expiries so you never cop a fine for forgetting. That's the whole pitch.
What we won't do
Sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
Train AI models on your personal information. Voice input, OCR scans, and AI search queries are processed for that one request and not retained for training.
Charge for access to your own documents. Your wallet is yours, exportable any time.
Pretend to be government. We help you talk to government. We're a separate Australian company.
Add dark patterns. No fake urgency, no confused cancellation flows, no hidden fees.
The team
A founder, a small engineering crew, and a growing community of beta users. We'll publish proper team profiles once we've shipped — until then, you can email us directly and a real human will answer.
