What's changed: Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) and Advanced Fatigue Management (AFM) are closed to new applicants. They were replaced by Alternative Compliance Accreditation – Fatigue (ACA-Fatigue) on 1 August 2026.
The current app version shows how to apply for BFM or AFM accreditation.

NSW figure (DPIRD) — this form covers several states and other states set their own fees. DPIRD re-sets the NSW fee every August in line with ABS Consumer Price Index figures, so it applies to the 2026–27 permit year — check the source page if applying later.
