How to apply
- Confirm eligibility: be aged 65 or over, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, reside in Western Australia, and be permanently retired or working no more than 25 hours per week in paid employment
- Review the Terms and Conditions on the WA Seniors Card website at seniorscard.wa.gov.au before applying
- To apply online, visit seniorscard.wa.gov.au and create a My WA Seniors Card account, then complete the online application
- To apply by post, download the New or Replacement Card Application Form from seniorscard.wa.gov.au/forms-guides/ (or collect from any Australia Post office), complete it, and mail to WA Seniors Card Centre, Level 2, 140 William Street, Perth WA 6000
- Alternatively, call the WA Seniors Card Centre on 1800 671 233 or email info@seniorscard.wa.gov.au to request an application form or assistance
- Or visit the WA Seniors Card Centre in person at Level 2, 140 William Street, Perth, or any Department of Communities customer service counter
- Await your card by mail upon approval
