VIC Class A Cemetery Trust Appointment
Victoria divides public cemeteries into Class A (large metropolitan trusts — Greater Metropolitan, Southern Metropolitan, etc.) and Class B (community/regional trusts). Trustees of Class A trusts are appointed by the Minister for Health under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 (VIC). Class B trustees are appointed by the Governor in Council.
