TIO Member Registration (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman)
Every carrier, carriage service provider (CSP) and most ISPs / mobile resellers in Australia must be a member of the TIO. Membership is mandatory under the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act — handles consumer complaints about your service. You join before you start trading.
