TGA Special Access Scheme (SAS) — Unapproved Therapeutic Goods
The pathway for an Australian-registered health practitioner to access an "unapproved" therapeutic good (a medicine, biological or device not on the ARTG — including medicinal cannabis) for an individual patient. Patients cannot apply directly; your prescriber applies/notifies via the TGA.
