QLD Cemetery Operator Approval
Queensland public cemeteries are operated mostly by local councils under the Local Government Act 2009 (QLD) and the Land Act 1994 (QLD) cemetery reserve provisions. Private/commercial cemeteries require approval from the Department managing the cemetery reserve.
