NSW Cemetery & Crematorium Operator Licence
In NSW, cemetery and crematorium operators are licensed by Cemeteries and Crematoria NSW under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013 (NSW). Three operator classes (Crown, Public, Private) — all must hold a licence to provide interment services, sell interment rights, and operate cremators.
