Medicinal Cannabis Licence - ODC

Commonwealth medicinal cannabis licence issued by the Office of Drug Control (ODC) to cultivate, produce or manufacture medicinal cannabis. A licence authorises the activity type, but a separate permit must also be applied for, setting out the types and amounts of cannabis plants, cannabis or cannabis resin that may be grown or produced and the quantities of cannabis drug that may be manufactured. Manufacturing is also subject to the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, with manufacturing standards regulated by the TGA (e.g. GMP, TGO 93).
