How to apply

1. Confirm eligibility: you need at least 7 years of service in the Victorian construction industry recorded with LeavePlus (formerly CoINVEST).
2. Log in to the LeavePlus member portal at member.leaveplus.com.au/login using your registered account credentials.
3. Select 'Submit a claim' and choose the type of claim (standard long service leave, or leave at the end of employment).
4. Enter the amount of leave you wish to take — minimum 1 week (5 working days) unless it is a final/terminal claim.
5. Provide your bank account details (BSB and account number) and, if you wish to avoid top-marginal-rate tax withholding, your Tax File Number.
6. Upload any supporting documents requested, such as recent payslips.
7. Submit the claim; you will receive a confirmation email from LeavePlus.
8. Payment is processed within 1–4 business days for standard claims (up to 15 business days during peak periods) and deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
