Laser & IPL Use Licence — Queensland (DUL Class 3B/4)

Queensland is the strictest state on cosmetic laser/IPL: a Use Licence (DUL) is required to operate a Class 3B or Class 4 laser or IPL device for cosmetic purposes. WA, Tas and the NT also have radiation safety licensing; NSW, VIC, SA and ACT do not currently licence cosmetic laser operators.
