Hazardous Chemicals — Workplace SDS Register
Every business that uses or stores hazardous chemicals — and most cleaning chemicals are hazardous — must keep a current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each product, a chemical register, and a hazardous chemical risk assessment. Not a "form" you lodge but an ongoing duty.
