How to apply

  1. Confirm eligibility: you must be an Australian worker with a disability, injury, or health condition who is employed or about to start work, and your modification/service must be work-related.
  2. Do NOT purchase or order anything before receiving written approval — unapproved purchases will not be reimbursed.
  3. Log in to the JobAccess Secure portal at jobaccess.gov.au to complete the online EAF application; download the step-by-step instructions document (EAF Online Application Instructions) if needed.
  4. Complete Step 1 (Individual/Employee details), Step 2 (Nominee if applicable), Step 3 (Employer details including a line manager or HR contact).
