Form 1023 — Notification of incorrect answers
Form number: Form 1023
Form for correcting information you have given the Department that turns out to be incorrect or incomplete — not only in a visa application, but also on a passenger card or in an answer to a Departmental notice. The obligation continues after a visa is granted. Required by the Migration Act and protects you from later visa cancellation under PIC 4020 (false documents/information).
