A government safety-net scheme that pays unpaid wages, leave, payment-in-lieu of notice and redundancy when your employment has ended and your employer is now in liquidation or bankrupt. Caps apply — maximum 13 weeks of unpaid wages and the redundancy cap is 4 weeks per year of service.
