Employee Superannuation — Insolvency / Death Claim
When an employer fails to pay Super Guarantee (SG) before going insolvent, you cannot claim it under FEG (super is excluded). Instead you must lodge an unpaid super complaint with the ATO, which then pursues the SG charge. Separate process for superannuation death benefit claims when an employee dies.
