Customs Broker Licence (ABF)
Required under the Customs Act 1901 (Cth) for natural persons, companies or partnerships arranging customs clearance. Licence types: corporate, nominee and sole trader customs broker. Applicants must meet academic qualification, acquired experience and fit-and-proper requirements, and may be interviewed by the National Customs Brokers Licensing Advisory Committee.
