Carriage Service Provider Registration (ACMA)
A Carriage Service Provider (CSP) is anyone who supplies telecommunications services to the public over a carrier's network — mobile reseller, MVNO, retail VoIP / SIP provider, hosted PBX seller, business broadband reseller. CSPs must register with ACMA for the Numbering Plan and CSP register, and join the TIO. (No fee for registration but compliance obligations are heavy.)
