Apply for a DVA Veteran Card to access funded medical and mental health treatment. The Veteran Card – All Conditions (VCAC, formerly the Gold Card) covers all medical conditions; the Veteran Card – Specific Conditions (VCSP, formerly the White Card) covers accepted service-related conditions and may cover mental health treatment.
