DVA Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI) — Special Rate Disability Pension
The Special Rate (TPI) Disability Pension is a higher-rate, tax-exempt, means-test-free payment for veterans who are totally and permanently incapacitated by their service-related conditions and cannot work more than 10 hours per week.
