Unregistered Vehicle Permit (UVP)

Lets you legally drive an unregistered vehicle on Victorian roads for a specific purpose — such as moving a just-bought vehicle or taking it for registration — with full TAC compulsory insurance cover for the trip. Other states offer equivalent unregistered vehicle permits through their own road authorities.
