Tattooist Licence — NSW (Body Art Tattooing Licence)
Form number: P1306 / P1307
In NSW you must hold a Master licence (formerly Operator licence) (own a parlour) or Tattooist licence (work as an artist) under the Tattoo Parlours Act 2012. Both are issued by NSW Police after a probity check — among the strictest tattoo licensing regimes in the country.
