Return to Work Plan — NSW
In NSW, all employers must establish a formal Return to Work (RTW) program — within 12 months of becoming a Category 1 or Category 2 employer — developed in consultation with workers, aligned with the insurer's injury management program, and reviewed at least every 2 years. Your individual recovery is documented in a recover at work plan agreed with your employer once your Certificate of Capacity shows capacity for some work.
