Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) - WA
The Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) gives Western Australians with permanent severe disability a 50% subsidy on taxi fares to a maximum of $25 per trip. The PTSS card is issued based on wheelchair usage: Standard subsidy (50%) for non-wheelchair users (up to $25 per trip), or Wheelchair subsidy (50% or 75%) for wheelchair users depending on taxi type (up to $35 per trip in wheelchair-accessible taxis).
