NDIS Restrictive Practice Reporting — Monthly Provider Obligation
Registered NDIS implementing providers must obtain state/territory authorisation for any regulated restrictive practice, lodge evidence of that authorisation in the NDIS Commission Portal, and submit monthly reports on use of restrictive practices within 5 business days of each month end.
