Once approved, an Approved Employer mobilises PALM workers via a country Recruitment Plan, the labour-sending unit (LSU) in each country, and the Subclass 403 visa lodged through Home Affairs. The mobilisation pack covers visas, flights, accommodation, induction and pastoral care.
