NSW Engineer's Certificate (Vehicle Standards Information / VSI 6)
NSW requires an Engineer's Certificate from a TfNSW-accredited Engineering Signatory for modifications outside VSB 14 baseline — engine conversions, GVM upgrades, body and chassis changes, suspension modifications, wheelchair conversions and similar.
