WA Retirement Villages — Disclosure & Code of Conduct
WA's Retirement Villages Act 1992 + Code of Fair Practice for Retirement Villages 2015 require operators to give a written Disclosure Statement (Form 1) and the contract at least 10 working days before signing. 5-business-day cooling-off applies post-signing.
