South Australia's Retirement Villages Act 2016 (commenced 2017) requires a Disclosure Statement at least 10 business days before signing, plus the residence contract. SA has strong "right to remain" protections: operators cannot evict for inability to pay if you genuinely cannot meet recurrent charges.
