NSW Retirement Villages — Disclosure Statement & Contract Review

Under the NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999, before you sign a contract the operator must give you a written Disclosure Statement at least 14 days in advance, plus a copy of the contract and the village rules. The 14-day cooling-off period after signing also applies.
