Victorian Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP) — Agriculture Victoria

VIC

Form number: ACUP (Agricultural Chemical Users Permit)

Victoria requires a personal Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP) to purchase specified restricted-supply chemicals or use specified restricted-use chemicals in Victoria, including Schedule 7 poisons and products containing 1080 or PAPP. An ACUP does not authorise a person to use agricultural chemicals on another person's property, crop or commodity for a fee or reward (contractors) — for that you need a Commercial Operator Licence.
