Victorian Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP) is required to purchase specified restricted supply chemicals, or use specified restricted use chemicals, in Victoria, including agricultural chemical products that are Schedule 7 (S7) poisons. An ACUP does not authorise using agricultural chemicals on another property, crop or commodity for a fee or reward; contractors need a Commercial Operator Licence.
