NSW Pesticide Control Order — Pesticide Notification & Records (NSW EPA)
Form number: NSW EPA Pesticide Records (Pesticides Regulation 2017)
NSW does not issue an individual "pesticide licence" for routine farm use — instead the Pesticides Act 1999 (NSW) imposes a record-keeping and competency obligation on every commercial pesticide applicator. Schedule 7 use, fumigants, aerial application and pesticide-control-order chemicals require additional EPA authorisation.
