Required for all solicitors to practise law in Victoria. Issued by the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner (VLSB+C) under the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 (Vic). Covers applying for, renewing, modifying and surrendering a practising certificate. Certificate renewal required annually, along with CPD and fidelity fund contributions.
