VIC
Victoria regulates funeral providers via the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria) plus the voluntary Funeral Directors Association of Australia code. CAV publishes a "Funerals" guidance pack — providers must give written estimates, itemised invoices, and not pressure-sell at-need families. The Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 (VIC) covers cemetery trusts separately.
