VIC EPA Waste Generator Duty (industrial / commercial sites)
Under the Environment Protection Act 2017, every business that generates industrial waste in Victoria carries a General Environmental Duty (GED) and a Duty to Manage Industrial Waste — separate from any transporter permit. You can be prosecuted even if your contractor is the one who tips illegally.
