NSW EPA Waste Carrier / Transporter Registration

Anyone in NSW who transports waste for fee or reward — skip-bin operators, liquid waste tankers, asbestos carriers, scrap metal trucks — must register every vehicle and load type on the NSW Online Waste Tracking (OWT) system before moving waste off-site. The system replaced the old paper consignment authorities in 2024.
