VIC Certificate of Roadworthiness (RWC)
In Victoria, a Certificate of Roadworthiness (RWC, sometimes called a "roadworthy") is required when selling a registered vehicle, re-registering an unregistered vehicle or transferring a vehicle from interstate. Unlike NSW, Victoria does not require an annual inspection for ongoing rego.
