NSW Yellow Slip — Heavy Vehicle Annual Inspection
A "yellow slip" is the NSW heavy vehicle inspection report required annually for trucks, buses, prime movers and trailers over 4.5 tonnes GVM. Unlike pink slips, yellow slips are conducted by Heavy Vehicle Authorised Inspection Stations or NHVR-approved examiners.
