Tasmania Property Identification Code (PIC) Application

Tasmania PICs (8 characters, prefix "T") are issued by NRE Tas under the Animal Health Act 1995. A PIC is required for properties keeping sheep, goats, cattle or pigs; it is optional for horses, poultry, alpacas and farmed deer. Free for horses, poultry, alpacas, farmed deer without identified livestock; $78.40 application + $39.20 renewal for cattle, sheep, goats, pigs.
