A SA PIC (8 characters, prefix "S") is issued by PIRSA under the Livestock Act 1997 for any property keeping cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, deer, equines or 100+ poultry. Registration fee $108, payable every 2 years on renewal (late fee if not paid in full by the expiry date); mandatory before livestock arrive.
