Queensland PICs (8 characters, prefix "Q") are issued by Biosecurity Queensland under the Biosecurity Act 2014 for any property that keeps designated livestock — cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, alpacas, deer, horses, buffalo, camels — or 100+ poultry. Required before you purchase, agist, slaughter or move stock.
