Required for all solicitors to practise law in Queensland. Issued by Queensland Law Society (QLS) under the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld). Levels: principal, employee, volunteer. Renewals run each May. Principal-level certificates require additional processing (approx 15 business days).
