NT Sole Operator / Small Business (1-2 Workers) Sex Services
NT sole operators and small businesses with two or fewer sex workers do not need a suitability certificate under the Sex Industry Act 2019. You can lawfully operate as a sole trader without a sex-industry licence — but you still need an ABN, must comply with advertising rules, and must follow standard business and tax law.
