NT Sex Services Business Suitability Certificate
The Northern Territory regulates sex services businesses with three or more workers under the Sex Industry Act 2019. If you want to run a brothel or escort agency in the NT you must hold a suitability certificate — sole operators and businesses with two or fewer workers do not need one.
