NEPM Movement of Controlled Waste — Interstate Manifest
Under the National Environment Protection (Movement of Controlled Waste between States and Territories) Measure (NEPM), every interstate movement of controlled waste — listed wastes such as acids, asbestos, clinical, contaminated soil, used oil — must be approved by both the state of origin and the state of receipt before it crosses the border.
