NatHERS Assessor Accreditation
Accreditation required to provide NatHERS (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) home energy ratings. Assessors complete a Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment and train in an accredited software tool, then maintain accreditation through an Assessor Accrediting Organisation. Required for state building regulations and various energy-efficiency incentive schemes.
