LPA (Livestock Production Assurance) is the on-farm assurance program covering food safety, biosecurity and animal welfare for cattle, sheep and goats. LPA accreditation is required before you can issue any NVD (eNVD) — without it you cannot legally consign livestock to a saleyard or abattoir.
