Greywater Diversion Permit — by State
Diverting laundry or shower greywater for garden irrigation may not require approval if certain conditions are met under Section 75A of the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021 — council approval may not be required at all for a diversion device whose installation and operation meet the Section 75A conditions; a treatment system needs a full OSSM-style approval.
